Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited successfully hosted the Radiant Premier Cup 2026 on 18 April at the Dhaka Residential Model College Field, reaffirming its commitment to fostering a collaborative and engaging workplace culture.
Organized by the Organizational Development team of the POC Department, the tournament brought together employees from across the organization, serving as a dynamic platform to promote teamwork, mutual respect, and cross-functional engagement. With participation from eight teams, the event reflected the collective spirit and enthusiasm that define Radiant’s workforce.
Demonstrating exceptional coordination and performance, CHQ Strikers were crowned Champions, while CHQ Challengers secured the Runners-up position.
The event concluded with a formal closing ceremony attended by the Honorable Chairman, Managing Director of RPL, and Managing Director of PCL & Nevian Lifescience. Their presence underscored the strategic importance of employee engagement initiatives, as they presented trophies and crests to the winners and participants.
