A comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) training session was successfully conducted at the Exium Session Room under the facilitation of Sharmin Ferdousi, Director, Quality Assurance. The program brought together participants from all departments of the Tongi plant and was delivered through a series of well-structured and interactive sessions.
The training commenced with an in-depth overview of QMS fundamentals, setting a strong foundation for understanding quality principles and compliance requirements. This was followed by practical case study analyses, encouraging active participation and real-world application of QMS concepts.
In the concluding segment, participants presented their group findings, reflecting a clear understanding and effective application of QMS principles. The training was conducted in two separate groups: Assistant Managers and Senior Assistant Managers in Group One, and Officers and Senior Officers in Group Two, ensuring focused engagement aligned with participants’ roles and responsibilities.
The session reinforced the organization’s ongoing commitment to quality excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
