Organizational Development successfully conducted two batches of a two-day training program titled ‘Strategic Supply Chain Management’ from 16–17 June and 18–19 June at the CHQ Session Room. The training aimed to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain frameworks, foster a strategic supply chain mindset, and enhance their ability to drive operational excellence within their roles.
The sessions were facilitated by Mr. Ejazur Rahman, Managing Director of Mind Mapper Bangladesh, who brought his extensive expertise and engaging facilitation style to deliver impactful learning experiences for all attendees. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to develop organizational capabilities and empower employees with the knowledge and tools necessary to meet evolving business challenges.
