Training on ‘Lean Six Sigma Fundamentals’

Two batches of 3-day-long training on ‘Lean Six Sigma Fundamentals’ were arranged by Organizational Development on 21^st to 23^rd April, and 28^th to 30^th April at Radiant Centre for Professionals (RCP). Enabling objectives of the training were to apply DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control)

methodology for drug production processes, define project charters, conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) for assessing compliance, quality, efficiency and interpret sigma scores to assess performance. The facilitator for this training was Ms. Shamima Begum, President and CEO of STC Bangladesh.
