DHAKA — July 9, 2026 — Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited has officially launched its annual Quality Assurance (QA) Week 2026, taking place from July 5 to July 9, 2026. Guided by this year’s theme, “Commitment to Quality & Compliance,” the week-long initiative aims to strengthen the organization’s quality culture through awareness programs, employee engagement, operational evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

A Strong Start to QA Week 2026

The program commenced with a Personal Hygiene Awareness Campaign at the factory entrances, led by the Heads of Departments (HODs) and Team Empathy. The campaign emphasized the importance of personal hygiene as a fundamental component of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and pharmaceutical quality assurance.

The official inauguration brought together the company’s leadership, who reaffirmed Radiant Pharmaceuticals’ commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance across every aspect of its operations.

The Chairman Nasser Shahrear Zahedee highlighted that quality is a shared organizational responsibility requiring the commitment and active participation of every employee. The Managing Director, Lt Gen Sina Ibn Jamali also addressed the gathering, emphasizing strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and encouraging all teams to continue fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Six Cross-Functional Teams Driving Quality Excellence

To support the objectives of QA Week 2026, six specialized cross-functional teams have been deployed across different departments to conduct awareness activities, operational observations, and on-floor evaluations.

The teams include:

  • Team Transparency
  • Team Proactivity 
  • Team Integrity
  • Team Empathy 

To ensure continuous oversight beyond regular working hours, Team Night Birds has also been deployed to carry out the same quality surveillance and compliance activities during the night shift, reinforcing uninterrupted monitoring across manufacturing operations.

Throughout the five-day program, employees will participate in a range of awareness sessions, on-floor activities, operational assessments, and collaborative initiatives designed to strengthen quality consciousness across the organization.
